Bionca St. Fleur is a management consultant and founder of Meyotte Consulting, a Boston-based boutique firm dedicated to helping mission-driven organizations turn strategy into action and build stronger, more resilient communities.

Before founding Meyotte, Bionca spent nearly a decade at two professional services firms, PricewaterhouseCoopers and Ernst & Young respectively, where she worked across New York and London. She’s led large-scale transformation programs for Fortune 500 companies, government agencies, and global organizations.

Today, Bionca channels that institutional expertise in service of mission driven organizations she cares most about which include nonprofits, public sector agencies, small businesses, and international development organizations working at the intersection of equity and impact. She brings a blend of big-picture thinking and hands-on experience and has a deep personal commitment to the communities her work serves — locally and globally.

Her proudest accomplishment is carrying forward a family legacy. Her grandfather immigrated from Haiti and built Meyotte Contracting, a Boston-based construction company that has stood for over 45 years. She is its third-generation partner, and the founding of Meyotte Consulting is a direct extension of that same spirit.

Bionca has an International Business degree from Temple University.
