Expanding A Community-Centered School Model Across Boston
Boston Public Schools (via Strategy Matters)
Boston Public Schools sought to expand its Community Hub Schools model but lacked a shared definition, consistent implementation approach, and alignment with national, state, city and district priorities which made it difficult to scale. Meyotte Consulting partnered with district leadership and cross-sector partners across the city and state to bring structure, clarity, and alignment to the work.
We helped define a clear “Hub School” model, aligned it with broader frameworks, priorities, mandates and developed practical tools to support implementation across schools. This included stakeholder engagement through interviews and working sessions, cross-walking national best practices with state, city and district systems, and creating clear, actionable materials to guide adoption.
As a result, BPS is better positioned to scale its Community Hub Schools strategy with a shared vision, stronger cross-team alignment, and a practical roadmap for implementation, laying the foundation for more coordinated, community-centered support for students and families.

Building the Next Generation of Immigrant Civic Leaders
Mayor’s Office of Immigrant Advancement (via CHIC)
Immigrants Lead Boston, an initiative of Boston’s Mayor’s Office for Immigrant Advancement, equips immigrant leaders with the skills and knowledge to engage in civic life. Meyotte Consulting served as a co-administrator, supporting both program delivery and helping design a second phase focused on turning learning into action.
We led recruitment, participant engagement, and facilitation of sessions on public speaking, community organizing, and navigating local government. We also helped design and implement a follow-on grant opportunity, enabling participants to apply for city funding to launch community-based projects and put their new skills into practice.
As a result, participants moved from civic observers to active community advocates, strengthened their confidence, built relationships with city leaders and their communities, and developed and launched initiatives that directly benefit their communities.

Doubling Client Base and Expanding Markets for a Massachusetts Home Health Agency
Back to Home Healthcare
Back to Home, a home health agency, had a strong foundation but needed a clear, actionable path to scale its client base and diversify revenue. Meyotte Consulting partnered with Back to Home’s CEO to assess existing business development practices and operationalize a growth strategy.
Over eight months, Meyotte built a structured business development function from the ground up, prioritizing the expansion of revenue through new markets, service offerings, and government contracts. This included defining patient segments, developing targeted outreach and marketing materials, implementing a client acquisition systems, and supporting the launch of a CNA training program including coaching through accreditation and startup.
As a result, Back to Home doubled its client base, expanded service coverage into the state of Rhode Island and across multiple Massachusetts communities, built a cross-sector referral network of community-based organizations, long-term care providers, and aging services systems. The organization also secured two long-term government contracts, established a new workforce training pipeline through its CNA school, and implemented structured outreach systems to consistently generate and track new business. We helped to position the agency for scalable, long-term growth.
